ORDER PROCESSING 

We dispatch the goods within 5 working days after receiving the payment. For made-to-order items, the delivery period is set to 20 working days. Due to high demand, there may be delays in shipping or some products may be sold out, in which case we won't be able to deliver the ordered goods. In such cases, you will be informed by email about the non-delivery of the ordered goods.

SHIPPING

We use PPL, DPD, Geis for shipping, depending on the dimensions of the package.

PAYMENT

Bank transfer - after receiving your order, we will provide you with the account number and variable symbol. You will need to pay in advance to our bank account. After receiving the payment, we dispatch the goods and inform you of the exact shipping date.

Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the package and whether it is sent within the Czech Republic or internationally.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS, REFUND

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods, simply return them to us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. This applies only to goods purchased through the online store. Return the goods as a regular, insured shipment (not cash on delivery) to our address: Pavla Voborník Kačírková, Obora 38, 679 01 Obora. Contact us to agree on the procedure, depending on the size of the purchased goods. If you do not choose any replacement items from our offer, we will refund your money.

The returned goods must be undamaged and unused. Don't forget to include a copy of the tax document or proof of payment in the package.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

We provide a 24-month warranty on all products, in accordance with the Civil Code.

DATA PROTECTION

The protection of your personal data is ensured. Your personal data will not be misused or disclosed to a third party, in accordance with the obligations stipulated by law (Act No. 101/2000 Coll.). By placing an order, you agree that the provided data will be used indefinitely for the purpose of selling goods within the online store.
